Education

Database containing details of clients who have made formal complaints about DWP Agencies and some private sector providers contracted by DWP to deliver services. Information recorded includes: Case Reference, Name, date complaint received, date complaint cleared, stage of case when cleared, Business Unit/Agency/Contractor, overall result, time taken to clear the case and number of cases outstanding.
