The aim of this survey is to explore employer's experiences of working towards Investors in People (IiP) and the changes made to meet IiP standards as well as the support needed and received throughout the process. The study also measures the prominence and role of IiP within employer's HR and business strategies, the impact upon these employers of gaining IiP and their overall satisfaction.
