This dataset consists of downloadable files in Comma Separated Values (CSV) format, for Display Energy Certificate data for public buildings and Energy Performance Certificate data for non-domestic buildings with energy certificates in England and Wales.
Background information and documentation on the meaning of each column in the data files is available in the guidance document (80KB PDF).
There are two main data files:
Display Energy Certificates (25MB CSV)
Non-domestic Energy Performance Certificates (73MB CSV)
As these files are quite large, we have also provided short extracts from each (the first 100 lines) to allow viewing of the structure and example contents without having to download the entire file. These are:
