Summary

This database holds information on the fishermen, the fishing vessels, the number of pots fished, the number of crew employed on the vessel and areas fished, as well as information on the shore based industries associated with the fishery. Fishermen were asked to complete survey forms and charts, and areas fished have been mapped using GIS.
