IDIOM is a web-based offender tracking tool, provided by the Home Office to police forces, to support Integrated Offender Management (IOM) arrangements. The system holds Police National Computer (PNC) data on arrests, charges, and courts and other outcomes for identified individuals (updated from PNC nightly). Users use the system to monitor the reoffending of their IOM programmes.
