Summary

This dataset contains basic details of road traffic collisions across Cambridgeshire from 2017 to December 2024.

The collision data is sourced from the police and includes only collisions that:
* involved a vehicle
* occurred on public highway (e.g. not private car parks, etc.)
* resulted in a casualty to at least one of the involved parties

For further information about collision reporting and data collection, please refer to the government's STATS 19 and STATS 20 guidance.

We have made the collision data from 2017 to December 2024 available here to self-serve. The data can be downloaded free-of-charge. The data is available in Excel format.

Please note:
* the data doesn't include accident descriptions or contributory factors
* data for 2024 is currently provisional
