Background to establishing an INSPIRE View Service using GeoServer

A view service is often referred to as a Web Mapping Service (WMS). The Data Publisher How To Guides outline example steps that may be taken to create a WMS for displaying geospatial data under INSPIRE obligations. This example uses the Amazon cloud service and open source GeoServer.
