Technical data standards bind business data standards to a specific technical representation.

This technical data standard binds the party schedule business data standard to an XML schema representation.

This is version 4.0, it replaces v3.0 of the technical data standard.

A Party Schedule is owned and described by a party.

A Party Schedule may contain multiple events (party time periods).

A Party Time Period Reference is a reference structure that is owned and defined by a party so that it can be used as part of the description of an event defined by a party, eg Financial Year, Week, Term, Financial Quarter, Academic Year etc.

Events may be linked together into a hierarchy of time periods, for example where an academic year contains 3 terms.
