Introduction:
This Business Data Standard (BDS) has been designed to satisfy all Education Skills and Children’s Services (ESCS) business needs to exchange information about party relationship.
It describes the data held by a Party (the 1st Party) about its relationship to another Party (the 2nd Party).
This is version 3.0, it replaces v2.0 of the standard.
This BDS is intended for use by, for example, ICT procurers, system developers, programmers, data modellers and statisticians.
