Introduction: 

This business data standard (BDS) has been designed to satisfy all education skills and children’s sdervices (ESCS) business needs to exchange information about qualification element (QE) outcome carry forward.

This standard allows an assessment centre making a QE Learner Booking to provide the details required about a previously obtained QE Outcome which is being allowed to be considered within the QE Learner Booking.

This is version 2.0, it replaces v1.0 of the standard.

This BDS is intended for use by, for example, ICT procurers, system developers, programmers, data modellers and statisticians.
