Housing in London
The Mayor’s ‘Housing in London’ report sets out the evidence base for his housing policies, summarising key patterns and trends across a wide range of topics relevant to housing in the capital. The report will inform the development of the Mayor’s London Housing Strategy, which is due to be published for consultation with Londoners later in 2017. Housing in London 2017 is divided into seven sections, as follows: 1 Historical background 2 Demographic, economic and social trends 3 Housing supply and empty homes 4 Housing costs and affordability 5 Housing need 6 Mobility and decent homes 7 Appendices In the body of the main report there are numerous different tables, charts, and maps. The data behind all of these is contained in the spreadsheet . Tables from the 2015 , 2014 and 2011 reports are also available.
