Specifically: • Universal credit makes sure you are better off in work • no limit to the number of hours you can work to receive Universal Credit • Universal Credit supports part-time and short-term work • you get a work coach to help you • working parents can get up to 85% of their childcare costs • tailored support is available to all claimants Evidence shows that understanding these key messages has a positive impact on claimant jobseeking behaviours.
