DFID 5873 Provision of Core Evaluation and Monitoring Specialist Services
Specifically, DFID requires expert advice on monitoring and evaluation planning and design. This will help staff to make strategic choices from the range of appropriate methods, approaches and designs for monitoring reviews and evaluations, including impact evaluation. DFID is seeking the services of a Contractor to undertake the Monitoring and Evaluation of the 2013-2017 Somalia Humanitarian Programme.
