Description of the contract

ML Community Enterprise Limited (the “PSM”) is seeking to spin out of Lambeth Council (the “Parent Body”) and wishes to be the lead organisation managing the Marcus Lipton Centre (the “Centre”), a youth centre that offers access to local community groups, individuals to deliver a range activities for young people and the local community. This is a small organisation with 4.5 FTE and an estimated initial annual turnover of approximately £200,000. The support required of a supplier is for Business Planning; Legal & Governance; Transition and Marketing – per the deliverables in 7.9 of the ITT
