Leading Lives is a newly established Public Sector Mutual (PSM), having spun out from Suffolk County Council in July 2012. The Cabinet Office requires a Service Provider to provide a number of key deliverables for this project, including, but not limited to: i. assessing the current structure of the PSM in relation to its proposed direction of travel ii. utilising this assessment to brief the senior team and, following their feedback, produce a proposed new structure for the organisation, and a plan for how this structure will be implemented.
