Aspire Sussex Ltd are a new public service mutual providing adult education services, recently spun out from West Sussex County Council. They were incorporated as a charitable company and have been running independently since 1st September 2012. The Cabinet Office requires a Service Provider to provide a number of key deliverables for this project, including, but not limited to:
Developing content and a training package to deliver commercial expertise and finance training
Providing advice to the executive team and develop new HR policies and practices
Developing a change management plan
To participate in this procurement, Potential Providers must first be registered on the Government Procurement Service e-Sourcing Suite.
