The Committee on Standards in Public Life invites tenders for qualitative research into public perceptions of ethical standards in public life.
The research design must involve participants in informed discussion and include respondents from all sections of the UK population. Beyond these basic requirements however, this specification does not set out a single preferred approach and tenderers are invited to put forward a proposal that they think will best achieve the objectives of the research.
The final research report should be made available to the Committee by 31 October 2012
