Description of the contract

Land Registry is seeking to appoint an experienced Contractor specialising in Office refits/ refurbishments to refit premises to a design that meets Land Registry’s requirements. The refit will include adaptations/ modifications to building services and the existing building fabric creating an environment to support circa 400 members of staff within approximately 5,500m2 of office space within a 1990’s purpose built office building.
