The Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) is looking for a contractor to undertake survey-based research among businesses to improve our understanding of the UK’s low carbon innovation landscape.

DECC reserves the right to halt the procurement process and to not award a contract. DECC will not be held liable for recovery of costs from unsuccessful bids if a contract is not awarded. All costs will be borne by the bidding organisations. If a contract is created it will be upon DECC terms and conditions, which are available on the main DECC website - www.decc.gov.uk and are included with this invitation to tender. Completed tender submission must be returned by post to William Lecky DECC, Area 6E 3 Whitehall Place London SW1A 2AW 5pm 18 May 2012. We require 3 hard copies (one of which must be signed). The deadline for final questions is 11 May 2012. Electronic versions of your bids are to be sent to William.Lecky@decc.gsi.gov.uk. Interviews, if deemed necessary, will be held on either 24 or 25 May (suppliers will be notified of this by 22 May at the latest). If successful and upon contract signature, the supplier is expected to attend a kick-off meeting taking place on 31 May. Project completion is required by the end of July 2012.|
