DECC is looking for a contractor or contractors to undertake analysis to help complete the DECC domestic energy using behaviours framework. This framework aims to capture quantitative and qualitative evidence about a range of habitual household behaviours. The aim is to improve The Department’s understanding of the range of energy using behaviours, and the impact of changing these behaviours on energy consumption.

Completed tender submission must be returned by post to DECC, address given at the top of this advertisement, by 13th April 2012. We require 3 hard copies (one of which must be signed). If successful and upon contract signature, the supplier is expected to attend a kick-off meeting taking place in the week commencing 16th April.
