Description of the contract
This procurement consisted of three (3) contracts as follows: "Contract relating to Capture, Transformation and Dissemination Services for England and Wales Legislation and Associated Products” let by The Controller of Her Majesty’s Stationery Office and Queen’s Printer of Acts of Parliament “Contract relating to Capture, Transformation and Dissemination Services for Northern Ireland Legislation and Associated Products” let by The Controller of Her Majesty’s Stationery Office and Government Printer for Northern Ireland “Contract relating to Capture, Transformation and Dissemination Services for Scottish Legislation and Associated Products” let by The Queen’s Printer for Scotland Her Majesty's Stationery Office (HMSO), part of The National Archives, is responsible for the publication of UK, Northern Ireland and England & Wales legislation. The Office of the Queen's Printer for Scotland (OQPS) is responsible for the publication of the Scottish legislation. The contracts give effect to these responsibilities covering the capture, transformation and dissemination of legislation and associated products, in print and online. The contracts also include the provision of web hosting and ongoing development for the www.legislation.gov.uk and www.oqps.gov.uk websites.
