The Department of Energy and Climate Change (“DECC”) wishes to select one Supplier to be nominated by DECC as a candidate for selection, in competition with a nominee from the Norwegian Government, by the President of the Institut Français du Pétrole Energies nouvelles to determine the apportionment of the reserves between the UK and Norway in the “Flyndre” oil field.
|Additional Notes||If you wish to take part in this procurement please see the attached Tender documents attached to this Notice for instructions. Tenders should be no more than 40 pages. We require 3 hard copies (one of which must be signed) to be submitted to DECC by 30th January 2015 (noon). Electronic versions of your bids should also be sent to Mark.Simpson@decc.gsi.gov.uk. Any late submissions will not be considered. DECC reserves the right to halt this process and to not select a Supplier for nomination. DECC will not be held liable for recovery of costs from unsuccessful bids if a Supplier is not selected. All costs will be borne by the bidding organisations. If a contract is created it will be upon terms set by the IFP in a joint contract held with DECC and the MPE.|
