Description of the contract

The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the extent to which within the Sudan context the Sudan Free of Female of FGC programme has contributed to the abandonment of FGC in Sudan. The evaluation is an opportunity to ensure accountability to DFID and other stakeholders and is also conceived as a useful learning exercise to inform a planned second 5 year phase of the programme. The evaluation will provide UNFPA, UNICEF and WHO with insights into the successes and challenges in conducting joint programming and delivering jointly.
