The NHS faces unprecedented challenges: an ageing population, the need for considerable cost efficiencies year on year, financial instability, competition, reorganisation and legislative change.
The aim is to deliver a value added, highly practical and innovative modular programme aimed at NHS staff working in HR, education, learning and development, change management or roles where Organisational Development interventions will make an impact. Proposals are sought from experts in the field of Organisational Development as a sole programme provider or working in partnership, to work with the East Midlands Leadership Academy, to design an innovative and engaging OD programme.
It is fundamental that whilst theoretical principles should underpin programme design, the programme content and delivery should be highly practical and experiential in nature. Participants should be given tools and techniques that they can test in a safe environment and can then apply within their own workplaces to enhance their understanding of effective OD in practice.
