Description of the contract

To strengthen the Government of Ghana’s capacity to manage and implement delivery of the outputs of the new DFID-funded Adolescent Reproductive Health programme. To help generate evidence that will allow the scale up of cost-effective adolescent reproductive health interventions. It is important to note that a separate independent evaluation is planned. Services will be provided to the Government of Ghana at national and regional levels. Relevant government bodies are the National Population Council, Ministry of Health, and Ministry of Education, Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development and their agencies. Other partners include UNFPA, civil society, other donors and other DFID-funded programmes
