This mutualisation support package has the following objectives: To immediately (by the end of January) provide legal advice to the Potential Public Service Mutual (PSM) on the suite of documents required to set up the new organisation (as drafted by the Parent Body of the Potential PSM); To provide financial planning, transition planning, staff engagement and business development advise to enable the Potential PSM to spin-out of the Parent Body and operate successfully as a standalone organisation; To capture and share key learning and experience with the Parent Body and other mutualisation projects. |Additional Notes||To participate in any possible future procurement which results from this RFP, Potential Providers must first be registered on the Government Procurement Service e-Sourcing Suite. If you have not yet registered on the eSourcing Suite, this can be done online at https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk by following the link ‘Register for GPS eSourcing’. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so at the Invitation to Tender stage. This is done by emailing ExpressionOfInterest@gps.gsi.gov.uk. Your email must clearly state: • the name of this procurement which is MSP – Achieving for Children • The reference, which is RM2680 - L0181 • the name of the registered supplier; and • the name and contact details for the registered individual sending the email. Government Procurement Service will then process this email and assign your organisation to the opportunity. The registered user will receive a notification email to alert them once this has been done. The Invitation to Tender will be issued by close of play on 17th December 2013 and therefore suppliers can register on the e-Sourcing Suite between the issue date of this Contracts Finder advert and the deadline date. The deadline date for submission of proposals will be 3rd January 2014, 4pm. It is advised however that Potential Providers register as soon as practically possible in order to receive the Invitation to Tender and have a sufficient amount of time to respond.
