Description of the contract

The objective of this procurement is to support the Potential Public Service Mutual (PSM) within the PSM Joint Venture (JV), and protect its interests, throughout the Transforming Rehabilitation (TR) competition, being run by the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) and subsequent mobilisation (if successful in the competitions). This will include support to establish the Potential PSM, to protect the Potential PSM’s interests throughout negotiations within the PSM JV, and also to negotiations between the PSM JV and MoJ as a prime contractor. The Supplier is also likely to be required to support the Potential PSM, protecting its interests if and when the PSM JV is set up and incorporated as a special purpose vehicle.

The Invitation to Tender will be issued by close of play on 13 December 2013 and therefore suppliers can register on the e-Sourcing Suite between the issue date of this Contracts Finder advert and the deadline date. The deadline date for receipt of final outstanding requests for clarification will be 17:00hrs on 16 December 2013. It is advised however that Potential Providers register as soon as practically possible in order to receive the Invitation to Tender and have a sufficient amount of time to respond.
