Description of the contract

The objective of this procurement is to support the Potential Public Service Mutual (PSM) with regard to its Joint-Venture (JV), and protect its interests, throughout the Transforming Rehabilitation (TR) competition being run by the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) and subsequent mobilization (if successful in the competitions). This will include support to establish the Potential PSM, to protect the Potential PSM’s interests throughout negotiations within the PSM JV, and also in negotiations between the PSM JV and MoJ as a prime contractor. The Supplier is also likely to be required to support the Potential PSM, protecting its interests if and when the PSM JV is set up and incorporated as a special purpose vehicle.
