The objective of this procurement is to enable the Potential Public Service Mutual (PSM) to transition into a successful and sustainable PSM. This will include the following objectives: To develop a full 5 year business plan with accompanying financial model. To deliver and implement a marketing Strategy that works for the needs of the Potential PSM. To develop a clear understanding of commercial requirements necessary for the business to grow and thrive.

If you have not yet registered on the eSourcing Suite, this can be done online at https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk by following the link ‘Register for GPS eSourcing’. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so at the Invitation to Tender stage. This is done by emailing ExpressionOfInterest@gps.gsi.gov.uk. Government Procurement Service will then process this email and assign your organisation to the opportunity. The registered user will receive a notification email to alert them once this has been done. The Invitation to Tender will be issued by close of play on 1st October 2013 and therefore suppliers can register on the e-Sourcing Suite between the issue date of this Contracts Finder advert and the deadline date. The deadline date for submission of proposals will be 24th October 2013, 11:00 AM. It is advised however that Potential Providers register as soon as practically possible in order to receive the Invitation to Tender and have a sufficient amount of time to respond.
