This is an interactive, animated map, showing the evolution of house prices in London between 2000 and 2013.

The boroughs on the map 'heat up' as their average property value increases over the years. Some are growing much faster than others.

Search for your borough using the selector at the top, and see its average price compared to London overall.

The map can be zoomed and panned as usual, though we recommend to do that when the animation is not running.

Happy exploring!
