Records all sites of new buildings and refurbishments over 1000 sq m in the development pipeline at the time of the last development survey (end of March/September). More detail provided in the Development Info report. Contact Monitoring & Information team for further details. Data should be viewed with the Development Completions data at SY_PLN_MON_INFO.Development_Completed • Refval – As output from Uniform. • X & Y - Records Easting and Northing as output from Uniform. • Offcode – Officer code as output from Uniform. • DCAppTyp – Application type as output from Uniform. • Planning App No – The planning application number relevant to the completion. • Address – Address as used in the planning application. • Description – The planning application description as output from Uniform. • Total Existing Fs – Total existing floorspace in sq m. • Existing xx Fs – Existing floorspace for Use Classes Orders A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, B1, B2, B8, C1. C2. C3, D1, D2, Sui Generis in sq m. • Total Existing Retail Floorspace - Total existing floorspace for all Use Classes Orders A1-A5 in sq m. • Existing C1 units – Existing hotel rooms. • Existing C3 units – Existing C3 housing units. • Existing Residential Units – All existing housing units. • Total Proposed Fs – Total Proposed floorspace for all Use Classes Orders A1-A5 in sq m. • Proposed xx Fs – Proposed floorspace for Use Classes Orders A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, B1, B2, B8, C1. C2. C3, D1, D2, Sui Generis in sq m. • Total Proposed Retail Floorspace - Total Proposed floorspace for all Use Classes Orders A1-A5 in sq m. • Proposed C1 units – Proposed hotel rooms. • Proposed C3 units – Proposed C3 housing units. • Proposed Residential Units – All proposed housing units. • Development Status – Records development status e.g. Permitted Not Commenced – Occupied/Vacant/Demolished, Under Construction – As per Previous Survey/Commenced this Survey Period • Permission Type – Records the type of permission e.g. New Buildings/Refurbishments with/without Change of Use. • Data construction commenced – date the development survey records the site as commencing construction. • Height Above Ordnance Datum – AOD height for the building. • Pipeline Projected Financial Year Start – the year construction is projected to commence. • Pipeline Projected Financial Year Start Quarter – the quarter construction is projected to commence. • Pipeline Projected Financial Year Complete – the year construction is projected to be completed. • Pipeline Projected Level Certainty – the level of certainty of the projections. • Projected Employment Source Data updated bi-annually in parallel with changes in the development survey.
