FRM Target Areas
Flood Risk Management Target Areas (FRM TA's) are a geographical dataset that identifies areas which are the focus of targeted flood risk management objectives and actions, as identified in Scotland’s National Flood Risk Management Plans 2021. FRM TA's are located within Potentially Vulnerable Areas (PVA's) which are a broader unit of management, though in some case the FRM TA can comprise an entire PVA. The actions and objectives of each FRM TA are identified in the Flood Risk Management (FRM) Plans. These 444 areas are reviewed and updated throughout the FRM cycle, our latest amendments were made on 22 December 2021.
