Evaluation interviews on flood resilience improvement from communities in the Katakwi District, Uganda, 2020
This dataset contains responses to a set of evaluation questions on flood resilience improvement within communities in the Katakwi District, Uganda. This data were created as part of the NIMFRU project (National-Scale Impact Based Forecasting of Flood Risk in Uganda) and consists of 21 semi-structured interviews. These have been completed by community members from the project target communities of Anyangabella, Agule and Kaikamosing which are all found in the Katakwi district. Five of the interviews were completed by local district officers. The data were collected in December 2020. These data were collected to understand how communities resilience had changed as a result of the NIMFRU project. This data was collected as part of an evaluation data set. The interviews were completed by 21 community members of the Katakwi District. The following selection criteria was used: - 8 farmers who have participated with in the listening groups, FAMVACs or IHM/HEA baseline assessment (4 males, 4 females) - 8 farmer who have not participated in the above activities (4 males, 4 females). - 5 Local District officers who have participated in the NIMFRU project activities and will be an equal number of male and female respondents. The data is in interview transcript format (RTF) which is the responses to a set of evaluation questions that have been designed especially for this data collection.
