Mid Sussex District Council Assets of Community Value
Assets of Community Value
Mid Sussex District Council Assets of Community Value. The Community Right to Bid was introduced by the Localism Act 2011 and gives communities (via certain organisations and parish councils) a right to identify a building or other land they consider furthers their community’s social well-being or interests (which include cultural, sporting or recreational interests) and is likely to do so in the future. Once an organisation has identified such an asset, they can nominate the asset to be listed as an asset of community value by submitting an application to the local authority. Polygon data captured against Ordnance Survey Mastermap from boundary alignments marked on official designation maps. Attribute fields included: 1. CONNAME = Record name 2. STARTD = Designation date 3. CEASEDD = Ceased date (if applicable) 4. REFVAL = Record reference
