Lineage

The areas were delineated using air quality modelling. Locations where relevant public exposure to the Air Quality Objective Pollutants exceed, or are predicted to be exceed, the objective level for the pollutant under consideration in accordance with DEFRA Technical Guidance LAQM.TG03. See the modelled exceedance lines for nitrogen dioxide and PM10 particulates. These exceedance lines were used to determin the locations whrere relevant public exposure was likely to occur.
