Cheshire Historic Environment Record: Article 4 Directions (Polygon) - Cheshire West and Chester
Article 4 Directions
This dataset contains directions made under article 4(1) and article 4(2) of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order (1971, 1977, 1988 and 1996). It covers Cheshire West & Chester Borough (CWAC) and derives from GIS datasets created by the former Chester City and Vale Royal Borough Councils. The GIS data has been systematically checked against the original Article 4 Direction Orders issued by the former Chester City, Ellesmere Port & Neston and Vale Royal Borough Councils. This dataset is updated by the Cheshire Historic Environment Record as soon as possible after the notification of a new direction is received. Data is supplied as an ESRI personal geo-database with the following attribute data: Attribute - Description DesigUID - CHER unique identifier Name - Address, as referred to in the Order Order - Title of the Article 4 Direction Order Grade - Article (typically 4(1) or 4(2)) Assigned - Date of designation Revoked - Date of cancellation GDPO_1971_4 - Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1971 Class 4: Paragraphs 2 GDPO_1977_1 - Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1977 Class 1 GDPO_1977_2 - Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1977 Class 2 GDPO_1977_3 - Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1977 Class 3 GDPO_1977_4 - Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1977 Class 4 GDPO_1977_6 - Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1977 Class 6 GDPO_1977_22 - Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1977 Class 22 GDPO_1988_1 - Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1988 Class 1 GDPO_1988_2 - Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1988 Class 2 GDPO_1988_4 - Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1988 Class 4 GDPO_1988_6 - Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1988 Class 6 GDPO_1995_1 - Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 Class 1 GDPO_1995_2 - Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 Class 2 GDPO_1995_4 - Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 Class 4 GDPO_1995_5 - Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 Class 5 GDPO_1995_6 - Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 Class 6 GDPO_1995_31 - Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 Class 31 RCP_ArcGIS - Hyper-link to the record of the designation held by the CHER (via Revealing Cheshire's Past) for use with Arc GIS RCP_WebGIS - Hyper-link to the record of the designation held by the CHER (via Revealing Cheshire's Past) for use with Web GIS CaptureScale - Scale of the map from which the polygon was captured xgEdited - Date/editor of last CHER edit xgLockedBy - Not used
