Marine Scotland (MSO) Multibeam Survey 2012/3_MS: Shetland (15/Mar/2012 to 26/Mar/2012)
This marine multibeam survey took place in March 2012 in the area of Shetland on board the Northern Lighthouse Board vessel NLV Pole Star. The survey was carried out by the British Geological Survey (BGS) on behalf of Marine Scotland. Sea floor bathymetry data were collected using a Kongsberg EM3002D multibeam system. These data are archived by BGS and are also available on Marine Scotland Interactive (MSI) - http://www.gov.scot/Topics/marine/science/MSInteractive/Themes/Renewables/Data. Technical details of the survey are contained in the Report of Survey.
