Civil Penalties issued under a climate change regime: European Union Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS), CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme (CRC), Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS), Fluorinated Greenhouse Gas regime (F-Gas) and Climate Change Agreements (CCA).
