Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Partnership Trust is the part of the NHS that provides health and care services in your community including community hospitals, health centres, nursing homes, schools, prisons and in your own home.

Our teams include district nurses, occupational therapists, dental services, school nurses, health visitors, lifestyle services, dental services, physiotherapists, sexual health services, hospital nursing, speech and language therapy and many more.

From April 1st 2012, the Partnership Trust also now provides adult social care services for people in Staffordshire, (outside Stoke-on-Trent) giving people access to a one-stop service for all their health and care needs.
