Postcode Conviction Count

Gather statistics relating to the postcode of convicted criminals.
This can then be collated into a map showing areas, by postcode, where criminals lived at the time of conviction. It could also be broken down by type of crime. Care may need to be taken to avoid identification of individuals or individual properties and restricting data to a specific time scale, e.g. last 3 years.
