NHS costs by Gender, Age and County

I'd like to see spending in the NHS by gender, age and geographic location. It would show gaps in the NHS and how they should be targeting under represented groups due to bias to the current delivery of service.

Under Represented
I wonder what the general consensus is - does the fact that a group is under represented mean that they gain a greater focus from the NHS or should the focus of their efforts intead be pointed to those groups that are most representative of the general population.? Perhaps the app could illustrate the difference in cost between providing support for the 2 groups.
