nhs browser for public health promotion

I think that the NHS needs a browser that would fit on mozilla firefox to allow public access of health promotion advice - this would be beneficial in improving the reach of better treatment, evidence-based healthcare and Nice information. At this time there is health promotion via patient(dot)co(dot)uk but this is limiting - as it then goes to the closed data base EMIS.
