Identifying safe services: transport, ATMs etc

Using local crime data to identify the safest places to access services e.g. as a woman travelling at night which are the safe stations/bus stations near my home, which cash machine has lower crime rates etc.

It is a really good idea,
It is a really good idea, however because this information will be accessed by anyone it would be perfect for criminals itself.
As long as the route supported by CCTV, police patrols and lots of members of public then it could be aproved.
By traveling at night people already exposing themselves to risk.
But I like the idea.
