App to reduce the number of illegal cars on the road.

Many car drivers feel aggrieved at the high cost of insuring a car with Insurance companies blaming the number of illegal cars on the road i.e. no MOT, no Insurance and therefore probably no Road Tax.

This app allows the user to report suspected cars of being illegal and allows the authorities to take the necessary action and get them off the roads.

On downloading the app onto a smart phone the user will register with some basic details.
The User can then send the suspected Car Reg. No. and location (via smartphone GPS) to the main server.
The server can then cross check with the government held databases to check whether the Car Reg. No. reported is legal.
If not, then the relevant authorities or approved contractor can issue a fine or confiscate the vehicle.
