Is there a standard location for feedback/bug tracking in the data and for supplying toolchains to get the data into analysis/storage tools so that results can be reproduced?
I've had a look at the COINS data and the effort that's gone in is great, but it's still rather ragged around the edges, and it takes quite a lot of effort to work around some of the features of the data provided.
