PostZon/PAF postcode data?

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere but have had a quick search around and cannot see any references to it.

I believe the Royal Mail PostZon and/or PAF data is to be released in April. Does anyone know if the data is to go on data.gov.uk or is it to be a royalmail.com hosted dataset?

Also has anyone seen a release date yet? Can see lots of articles saying its planned but not where/when/what.
