Boundary-Line is a polygon dataset of areas defined by electoral and administrative boundaries. The product is supplied as a set of separate layers, representing local authority administrative areas (county, unitary and district councils), ward, civil parish, parliamentary, assembly and European constituency boundaries. Scotland

The Parish boundary data seems to be very lacking for Scotland

Northern Ireland

Why do these not include Northern Ireland? It is part of the UK and as such these files are useless for anyone wanting to produce UK maps. Bizarre.

patchworkmap

It is now possible to map data to some Boundary-Line regions using http://patchworkmap.com
