This extract holds data from the Magistrates Court case management system that contains personal details of the defendant(s), Court they were prosecuted at, Offence(s) they were prosecuted for, Outcome of the court case, (e.g. reached a verdict, withdrawn, dismissed etc) whether they were convicted, the nature of the sentence, and time taken for court proceedings.
