I have a number of queries regarding the real time energy data for HMT.

1. Missing gas use data.

Why was the error that caused missing data for gas use from late February to the end of March, allowed to occur for so long?. Why are there no data from 15th May and onwards?

2. Missing and errors in heat use data

There are there no heat use readinsg for the 30 and 31st March 2011. Also, I believe there is an erroneous reading for 12:30 am on 1st April as it is 20,000 kWh which unfeasibly high. Also, why are there no readings from the 23rd May 2011.

Please can you give explanations and update the data to correct for the errors that exist in the current published data. I have raised similar concerns for the data for the Cabinet Office.
