["Index polygons indicate the location of registered land an index polygon may not show the extent of land comprised in the registered title. Not all land in England and Wales is registered. INSPIRE index polygons contain only freehold title registrations. To ensure the index map is clear and uncluttered, small polygons may be exaggerated in size whilst registrations within buildings may be shown to the footprint of the building. Land Registry public guide 19, Title Plans and boundaries, provides general guidance whilst Practice guide 40, provides more detailed information about plans records. Guides are available via the Land Registry web site. Index polygons at the same location but at different vertical heights may show more than one polygon label, representing the number of polygons at that location.http://www1.landregistry.gov.uk/upload/documents/public_guide_019.htmlhttp://www1.landregistry.gov.uk/upload/documents/lrpg040.pdfUse constraints apply under standard Land Registry licence terms and conditions.", "Access constraint: Licence", "Public Access: The public can access the data by means of purchasing the data and/or service from Land Registry.
